Tyler never went to the gym and only got exercise from playing high school sports, but in 2012 he decided to give CrossFit a try and immediately decided that it was for him. Since then has made it his goal to know as much as he can about the human body, how it works, and how to improve its performance so that he can help others with their health goals while also providing understanding how and why their body works the way it does.
Tyler is also a strong believer that fitness is meant to be used which is why he is planning on graduating college with a degree in exercise science and seeking a job as a police officer where physical fitness is a necessity. Tyler’s favorite movement is the clean in jerk while his least favorite is burpees.
